Your IELTS Test Results

You can preview your IELTS results by logging in to the IELTS candidate portal. The preview of IELTS test results will be available on the 13th day after the test unless otherwise specified in the information provided by your test centre. Your results will remain available online for 28 days. Please be informed that preview is provisional and may not be used as an official confirmation of your performance.
IELTS TEST RESULTS – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Organisations usually accept results if they are up to two years old.

You can apply for your test to be re-marked. Fill in the Enquiry on Results Form (EOR), choose which test sections you want to be re-marked and submit it to the test centre. Make sure you attach your Test Report Form and proof of payment. The fee for the service is €120, and will be refunded if your score is increased for any section of the test.
Enquiries on Results take up to four weeks to complete. You can apply for a re-marking up to six weeks after the test date.

There are no restrictions on resitting IELTS.

COMMON EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE (CEFR)

Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is an international standard for describing language ability. It describes language ability on a six-point scale, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for those who have mastered a language. The table below presents the IELTS score range on the CEFR scale.
